I ordered six of these for our back deck. They arrived completely assembled (yay!) and very nicely packed and wrapped so that they were protected during shipment - not a mark on them. I'd been looking for some light-colored chairs (a lot of patio chairs I looked at were black or dark-colored) and I think these are very smart-looking and go well with our gray decking.
