Definitely as advertised. Very fair price and the pillows are definitely between a medium and firm pillow. After sleeping on them all night they fluff back up to their normal shape. The pillows give just enough to feel comfortable yet support your head and neck well. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow is perfect for me. It's firm, generously over-stuffed, and fills a standard pillowcase beautifully, but this is what I was looking for.
