Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! We like the chaise not high end but fine for the money. Sits low to the ground which makes you want to flopdrop on it but feel like it’s not sturdy enough to handle an adult flopping down on it might crack or break so I put 8” legs on it to raise it up to normal height like a chair or sofa to avoid the urge to fall down on it. Showed up on time and neatly packaged. It was rather heavy (most certainly two people should assist getting it in place). I have looked at other versions some slightly cheaper but I specifically wanted a larger size one so pay attention to the measurements. This is a big boy and it’s worth the extra price.
