The Nesco is a replacement food dehydrator tray used to increase the capacity of dehydrator. The drying pressure is automatically adjusted to the number of trays. These trays are designed so that it easily fit to FD-28JX, FD-37, FD-39 dehydrator.

Well....I have had Nesco 18 qt roaster for 20 yrs...I needed to replace it. I really like the semi-oval design of this new one..and the lid is domed higher than my old ene. I attempted to make beef jerky but I’m sad to say I over-seasoned it a bit so I won’t post it, but practice makes perfect. It’s super easy to adjust the temperature level and adjust it to get that just right cook and tenderness you want. Cleaning it after is pretty simple and there’s a lot of space in there so you don’t need to worry about nooks and crannies.
