I love this pillow! I can’t roll over anymore and the “traditional pillow” doesn’t fit my needs. I don’t have a crick in my neck when I get up in the mornings. It looks weird but I definitely won’t go back to my old one. Clvez. MS. Mon Oct 12 2026

Before using our sauna backrest, please briefly assemble the headrest. First, adjust the height and angle to your preference. Then align the holes and tighten the screws by hand. Important Tips: Our upgraded screw design allows for tool-free installation—simply tighten with one hand, no wrench needed. For smooth angle adjustment, gently tighten the screw just until it engages; there’s no need to turn it in deeply. The headrest is only fully secure when you’re leaning against the backrest. This is especially useful for infrared saunas and helps protect your skin from burns caused by heating plates. During use, the wooden panel may squeak with adjustments; this is normal. We recommend placing three rectangular towels on the bench, behind the backrest, and under the headrest to further protect the wooden surface.

This is one of the worst cervical neck pillows I've ever had. I normally sleep on my side and these types of pillows are generally good to keep my neck aligned as to not wake up with neck pain, but the extreme height difference on this pillow would have your neck all out of line. It has very little support.. Carrie. Owensboro, KY. Tue Sep 22 2026

Very firm and supports the neck without causing cramping of my neck which is a problem I have had with other travel pillows. I have tried several different ones, even ones I had to blow up myself. Just as stated in the product description the rayon bamboo covering is cooling, soft and so cozy feeling that I kept it around my neck while trying it out sitting on the couch. As stated above my neck can get cramped and stiff, this is due to degenerative arthritis. Sitting at my laptop for periods of time can cause my neck to lock, but this pillow has allowed me to spend a little more time on it. Shouldn't have been so surprised when the description says head and neck support. I can’t wait for my trip in July to try it out on the plane. This pillow is not bulky either and comes in a neat zip up carrying case with a handle. Or you can put it in a carry on easily because it won’t take up a lot of space. Love it. It also has a snap to keep it snuggly in place around your neck.. Rosalind. Charlotte, NC. Sun May 04 2025

I have had three spine surgeries cervical. I have all kinds of metal in my neck from the surgeries and I have tried 20 some pillows in about 10 years and I still have two of them and they were wore out completely. They stopped selling the one brand that took care of my pain and sleeping issues and I recently have bought several pillows from Wayfair to try and this one’s so far is doing what I needed to do. I have to be raised up so I sleep on two pillows and I think this one might be the one we will see.. Kimberly. Fri May 01 2026
