They were what I needed. Pretty easy to setup. Shipping put a ding in one that made the enter door fall off the rod but found the clip for the rod in the box and a little work with a pair of plyers on the door it was as good as the other ones. I added one screw to th side panel that holds the front panel door open where they could get use to eating out of it before letting the door close and requiring them to push it open to eat.. Tyrone. I like the feeder for my cat. It makes it so much easier to keep track of her feedings and make sure she is getting fed properly. My only problem is the voice part doesn’t work. No matter how I pushed down on the button to record it wouldn’t work. My husband tried as well. It was a feature that made me select it because I wanted her to hear my voice while I was at work.
