I had a heads up the day before with the expected time to be available. I had a message in the morning of to notify me they were going to be there within an hour. When they showed up, they had all pieces. They showed the couch was in two shipments, but both were on the same truck! They came in set it up took the trash with them. The men who delivered made sure to place it where we needed for the back door to open. Family and kitty approved. I can’t believe they shipped this in a box. But I guess if they can ship memory foam mattresses in a box taking ship couches in a box. This is supposed to be part of like an L shaped foam couch. But I got the one side open box for a great deal and paired it with an oversized foam. She also bought from Wayfair. The area rug was also a great deal on Wayfair and realties them together. I highly recommend it’s comfortable and stylish and I really like the fabric.. Elizabeth. Chesapeake, VA. Thu Sep 03 2026
