Because the porch we have it on is just a eating section that needs a smaller table most of the time. It will need to be on a covered porch to keep it nice. Love it! This is a great set. Looks like wood but it’s durable aluminum, it doesn’t seem to get hot in the sun. The table is solid, chairs are super light weight but still sturdy.
