I couldn’t find a better picture, but I really loved this couch. It was easy to clean and held up well since my initial purchase in 2023. I also loved that the decorative pillows came with it because they matched the couch perfectly and made it look really nice in my living room. The only reason I’m getting rid of it now is because my cats unfortunately tore up the sides despite my attempts to protect it. Lesson learned — I also wish I had purchased the insurance. One thing to note is that liquids can seep through the fabric. When my cat had an accident, some of it went through even though I cleaned it quickly. Also, removing the cushion covers from the back of the pillows can be a bit difficult. Overall, I really did enjoy this couch and would buy it again if I didn’t have cats. I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. I haven’t had this couch for 24 hours yet but my initial impression is that I am highly satisfied. The cushions are firm (I wanted that), it sits fairly high so I won’t get stuck in it. Have had this sofa for nearly 5 years now, and it's actually very stylish and comfy. We condition it once a month, and it's pretty sturdy. I like that the cushions are velcroed on so they don't slide, but be advised that any underside of a cushion is a sort of felt-type material that hangs onto dirt and dog hair. I really like it and it is comfortable. We have a problem with not getting the whole set- we got the right boxes but the one for the couch had a second lounger rather than the couch. The lounger in the couch box also had a bent frame but it was not noticeable when it was put together. The help from Wayfair help seems good and appears like we should get the replacement item soon. I am hopeful but I have read others having this issue too. To complicate things my email has a typo that I cannot change and the representative also had the same problem. The “leather” feels nice and the it is very comfortable. I want to order another one for a different room because we like it that much for the cost.
