This bed arrived in perfect condition and appears as expected. Like with many Chinese products, the instructions lacked any words which would make assembly much easier, and it listed incorrect hardware in Step 3. I’m experienced with assembling furniture and was able to figure it all out. The plastic rattan has nice color and the weave is tight. After assembly the frame is sturdy with no noticeable wobble or movement while in use. The under bed height provides excellent opportunity for under bed storage which is a bonus. This bed frame adds a nice boho “natural” woven texture element to our room and I’m pleased with it. For the price, it is a great option. I’m giving it a 4 because of the poor assembly instructions.. First time online bed buyer and super happy with my purchase! In the midst of a bedroom remodel. Got king size in natural, arrived next day, no damage, had all parts, didn't take too long for two people to put together - appx 30 min; however, I think the spacers weren't the correct size because we ended up with two slats that weren't accounted for at the end, but we just respaced slightly and it was fine. I really appreciated the velcro for the slats so they don't move around when spacing - someone thought that through! You will also need a drill to screw in the slats. Headboard and footboard are not completely solid, but sturdy and the height is good for us. Also, purchased the Stearns and Foster Lux Estate Mattress and it fit perfectly. Had many pieces so took a while to put together. It did not come with instructions so had to call manufacture of bed and they sent instructions by text. Overall the bed seems very sturdy. No creaks or sounds when moving around on it. So far very pleased with the bed after a few weeks of trying it out. Would have given 5 stars but because of the lack of instructions I gave 4 instead ..
