You get what you pay for. It’s obviously cheap and a couple bumps putting it together. Took my husband I about 2 hours. Only had to undo and redo one part because we weren’t paying close enough attention. Cracked one molding from hammering a peg in. That was a bummer. I absolutely love this headboard! The quality exceeded my expectations—the materials feel sturdy, well-made, and much more substantial than I expected for the price. It completely transformed the look of my bedroom and gives it a polished, high-end feel. I will say the assembly was quite involved. There were a lot of pieces and steps, and I ultimately decided to hire someone to put it together. That said, once assembled, it was 100 worth it. My favorite feature is the built-in charging station. I use it every day, and it’s so convenient to have my phone and other devices charging right at my bedside without extra cords everywhere.
