Prokan products have great customer service! We bought our island on wayfair and 2 years into enjoying our outdoor island the light in the fridge goes out. I called wayfair first and they told me, tough luck, you have had your item for 2 years and there is nothing we can do for you. I contacted Prokan company directly and they assisted me and sent me a new fridge for a very reasonable amount. They sent us a part to fix the light for free, but that didn't work so they sent us a new fridge. We really wanted the glass door we originally had with our island fridge and at first they said they are not sure they have anymore like that in stock but to our surprise they found one with a glass door and sent it to us. I ordered this item and I love it! It was easier to assemble than I thought and it looks great. I love the 2 styles of side burner (sear burner and regular burner) and the grill looks amazing. The grill is really substantial! And it comes essentially in one piece with some very minor assembly required. The quality seems top-notch. Very well made. It has a quality feel to it. We’ve only used it once, as it arrived only two days ago but the grill heats quickly with good heat distribution. The delivery service was great, calling to update and get details of exactly where it should be left. The delivery people followed instructions perfectly. Happy with Product. Pretty easy build. I did put a clear waterproof stain for extra protection and did anchor to concrete using tapcons 3/8 x 1-1/4 for more stability.
