Tuck special bottles of wine away in a light, lithe wooden box to rest padded by packing straw until you’re ready to open it up. Easily wrapped or decorated, the plain shell works as a suitable gift box for good wine or a means of storing your own bottle out of the way of dust and sunlight.

I had a trio of wines I wanted to gift this holiday season, and these boxes worked well. I would have preferred the sliding door be a little thicker, and one of the six I received need some wood glue to reinforce, but they worked for friendly gift giving AND the potential for personalizing (ie stamping, branding, crafting) is great!.
