The chairs are very attractive, true to the color shown online, and updated our small parlor. They arrived assembled, and we only needed to remove the packing material and plug the electrical cord into the back of the chair. Update- Almost a year later now and still going strong. The worst that’s happened is a staple has come out on the bottom that holds up the mesh cover at a corner. No big deal at all. I was slightly worried the leather would look cheap or it wouldn’t feel sturdy. It’s been a great chair. I’m not into recliners, but this chair was the compromise and we’ve been happy with it!.
