Delivery took a week, even though the warehouse this ships from is in my state (NJ). Having said that, the tiles look amazing and I'm very happy with them! I don't like small tile, so this is just what I was looking for at a decent price. For some reason, this size is very hard to find everywhere. I would recommend getting the right amount of tiles in one go, so you're not waiting for 2 more tiles like I did. When the last 2 tiles arrived, they were hard to retrieve due to the lack of air in the sealed box. I appreciate the seal, as it kept the tiles safe during shipping and nothing arrived cracked or broken. It's just significantly harder to open when you have much less tiles to protect. May 2026, The tile is beautiful! But there seems to have been a packaging/delivery problem, many tiles were chipped on the corners and front edges and a few were broken. There were many other tiles that were chipped on the back side, but I can still use those. The ones I can't use added up to about 3/4 of a box. All 6 boxes looks like they had been dropped as the boxes were torn at the seams. Update: In August 2026 I ordered another box to hopefully have enough tile do tile the shower, but, the majority of the box was broken. There us definitely a problem with packing and shipping. There are maybe 4 tiles out of thus box that are intact. All of the rest either have chips out of the sides and corners or are completely broken in half. I need a refund!. Linda. Springfield, MO.
