My husband and I aren't coffee drinkers, but we wanted to get a coffee maker for company. This one fits the bill well. Its compact size makes storage easy, which means one less appliance on the kitchen counter. Operating the machine is intuitive, but if needed, the instruction manual is clear. I had no trouble making a regular cup of coffee as well as iced coffee (since it's so blasted hot outside!). You can use K-cups as well as ground coffee with this machine; it comes with a cartridge for each.
