They are machine washable and after using them for our recent move, we repurposed them to cover stuff in the attic which will help prevent dust buildup. My husband grew up sleeping on Mexican fur blankets #iykyk so getting him used to a proper fitted and top sheet was not easy. Hubby approves of this blanket he says its even softer than expected.
