As an avid DIYer, I know the difference between good and bad products. This motorized blind is high quality. Everything from the fabric and housing quality to the ease of installation make this a great choice. Unfortunately, our primary reason for purchasing this was for privacy in the evening, as our deck opens up to community courts and gathering space. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. This mount is well made and easy to install. Only part I couldn't do myself was lifting a 75 inch TV, but that was the only step that required a buddy. The motor is very quiet. Our only disappointment was the fact that we were charged a $50 delivery fee. All Wayfair ads stress free delivery and yet we were charged $50. What’s up with that.
