Looks great! Easy to put up by myself. Wanted me to drill new holes in ceiling, but was able to utilize holes in current outlet box; there was previously a heavier regular hanging ceiling fan. Installed on a sloped ceiling, does not have a hang bar, so it sits at a slant which is fine as it is in the dining room and I do not turn the fan on often over the table. Of course, it went on sale yesterday. But, that was only a three or four dollar difference. It is mostly a light plastic, but at $92.00. Two AAA batteries not included for remote.. Ellen. US. A great modern update for my bedroom that I remodeled to replace the old early 2000s model I had. It’s much more quiet and glides through the air. I keep it set to 6 which is the highest speed. It’s was about 40 minutes to get it assembled and installed. The instruction video made things super easy, but the printed instructions were good too. My only issue is that it does not have memory. So if power gets switched off, it will not save your last setting (including blade direction) and you must use the remote to power it on. So keep this mind if you are a manual light switch person or have a smart light switch. It only powers on by remote controller.. Willie. Jackson, MI. Thu May 14 2026
