Chairs arrived well protected in the boxes. The box said that all tools required were included to put these chairs together, however that was unnecessary because the chairs were FULLY ASSEMBLED! So far they have been used for a few days and are comfortable and seem sturdy. I also want to specify that I chose these chairs because the legs fold completely and the chair folds ( not completely in half but close to it) making them much easier to store for the winter.. The lounge chair is well built but the instructions and labels on the legs are very unclear. There is a big difference between front legs and rear legs and there are NO markings on legs or instructions to advise of the difference. I am very mechanically knowledgeable and it took me a few times assembling and disassembling legs before I figured out the difference. A lot of the reviews said they were hard to assemble so I paid for the Wayfair assembler and they came out great. We got 3 of these for our back porch and there are very comfortable.
