This product was easy to apply and looks fantastic. Unfortunately ours came with black edges, so there's a black substance that wipes off. You'll need to wipe every one off thouroughly to rub off the black. We applied in a bedroom behind a bed, so it looked FANTASTIC, but we continue to get black on hands and bedding.
