This lovely tray is designed and crafted by Peru's Asunta Pelaez, who works in the time-honored art of reverse-painted glass. The bird and vine motifs are painted on the reverse side of a round glass pane before it is set into its wooden frame. The frame's antiqued gold finish complements the design nicely.

The artisan brings to this Stannards Andean Mandala Reverse Painted Glass Vanity Tray craft a unique conflux of influences.
