Mostly great setup, arrived in good shape. Love that it's fabric inatead of the shoddy PU leather that always falls apart quickly. 4 stars because it's advertised as having massage and doesn't. Still a great price regardless as most non gaming ergonomic chairs have gotten expensive, and this includes more! Foot rest works great, tucks away well, and it's overall very comfortable.
