It’s great. I had a 10” mattress and this was pretty much the only option that allowed that size mattress with a significant rail length left to have my toddler protected from rolling over and falling. The rails are not very sturdy but sometimes my daughter climbs over them and they have stayed in a good shape. I was worried about that when I read other reviews but it’s definitely not bad. Please note that there’s a space left on the edges, so if your child uses a pacifier be prepared to go looking for it at night.. Alba. Mon Oct 19 2026

working to get my toddler son’s room converted with a big boy bed. Got this one so we won’t have to worry about him rolling out. The directions recommend 2 adults to put it together but I was able to do it solo in a couple hours. It is cute but the quality is poor. I guess I can’t expect much at $200 but when I saw a little fuzzy that was snagged on a piece of wood that had splintered, that was enough to make me want to return it. It makes considerable noise when you bump into it and it slams into the wall, thin and flimsy so the railing wiggles a lot.. Silvia. Bradenton, FL. Sun Oct 18 2026
