Im really upset to give this door mat a 1-star review. I actually like the mat itself a lot. The first one i recieved came damaged worse then the one i have pictured in this review. The bottoms seems to Crack easy, and it is only packaged in a plastic bag so im sure it gets broken during the corse of shipping. Either it needs to be made with a thicker more durable bottom layer, or it needs to be shipped in a box. Welcome your family and friends to this mat. This action-backed mat holds up in almost any weather condition. This doormat has black binding tape to hold its many layers together. The top layer is a polyester felt that is dyed with the image that you see on the mat. The next couple of layers give the mat stability and the bottom of the mat is a rubber that has been stamped to help prevent slipping. To clean this mat, hose it off with a water hose or use a power washer. Do not use any cleaner that produces suds.
