The unit is nice and looks as pictured. What is misleading is the description says it is built on a valve that will allow you to update in the future. Do not assume, as I did, that the valve is included. We had to purchase the rough in valve separately, from a plumbing supply store, which made the value of this faucet set almost double. So, if you are remodeling and this is a new set-up, figure in the price of the rough in valve...... Sherry. Selah, WA. Wed Aug 16 2017

Love this set. Classic, really well made, and I LOVE the toilet paper holder. Why aren’t ALL toilet paper holders made this way (It lifts like a lever instead of having those spring loaded sticks). Claire. Brookeville, MD. Sat Jan 29 2022

Installing with the Ell as a DIY project looked like a potential disaster so I bypassed this step. Setup was otherwise straightforward. Wife and I love the adjustable height, water settings and the look. Wish the oil rubbed bronze finish wasn't so expensive but at the time of purchase, Wayfair had best deal. Delivery was quick, package intact and contained all parts. Pleasant shopping experience!. Olusola. Spring, TX. Sun Dec 29 2019
