Bought and installed this yesterday. Pressure is great but when installing the diverter valve no matter how tight you try to put it the diverter still spins causing the handheld to droop to the right. Not sure if this is just a problem with my shower neck or what. Had to use the diverter valve from the old one and just attach main shower head and handheld to that instead which worked luckily.. The adjustable showerhead features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the showerhead. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the showerhead only, the hand shower only, or both the showerhead and hand shower at once. It looks different because they are different. H2Okinetic® showers are powered by an innovative technology that sculpts the water into a unique wave pattern, giving you the feeling of more water without using more water and creating a shower with more warmth, coverage, and intensity. So go ahead and indulge, because now you can enjoy the feeling of more water without using more water. While other products may gather unsightly mineral build-up over time, the holes allow any mineral residue to simply be wiped away for an instantly refreshed look – with no need for soaking or the aid of chemical cleaners. The pause setting gives you ample space for shaving, lathering, and other shower tasks, without worrying about overspray or water waste. This spray setting helps you conserve water, so you can worry less about depleting your supply of hot water - and you help the environment too.

It’s only been installed for a week or so, but I’m very pleased. Knocked off a star because the pressure to the hand held piece isn’t the best when it’s shared with the shower head. But solo, it’s perfect. Looks great. Amy. MI. Sun Aug 16 2026
