The touchless aspect is amazing, I love it! Dirty hands no longer mean dirty faucet handles that will also need to be cleaned! The pull down end is also very nice; it makes rinsing things and cleaning the sink much easier. Was very to install! Love the length of faucet extension and can’t believe I’ve lived 6 years without one.
