Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. This couch overall is decent but definitely not my favorite. The chenille fabric feels soft, the off white color is nice, and it was simple to put together. When first getting I let the cushions expand on their own but ended up opening the zipper and doing the pillows and backrest cushions by hand as they didn't fluff out fully on their own. The couch overall is very firm and I could see the back cushions shape not holding up over time. The seat cushions are deep making it ideal for lounging and the backrest and height of the couch is low so not super ideal for support when you want to sit and talk to others. One of the seat bases came warped which cause some issues when putting together but we were able to make it work because we didn't want to deal with a return process. Omg this is a great sectional very sturdy super soft and light weight but somehow will not tip over the cushions zip off as well as all the outter layers on each piece for easy cleaning and it all attaches underneath so the pieces all stay together this is perfect for littles as there are no hard parts for them to hurt themselves on.. The Kapellen upholstered ottoman is way bigger than I thought it was going to be. For my tiny home it makes things rather tight in my living room.
