We spray painted metal towers and covered shelves with white wood grain contact paper to lighten up this dark set. Quite easy to put together with two people with half stands propped on ottoman. Did put together top and bottom with holes facing wrong way and had to remove and flip one bottom tower so that joining screws found holes. Very wobbly and definitely anchored to wall on either side. I really like the look of this cabinet! I got it to house my purses. It fit perfectly into my entry closet, although I had to finish constructing it inside the closet, which was tricky. This is a basic cube shelf. It’s attractive and assembly was straightforward. I wanted something that would tuck into the closet space in my hobby room. The finish has a wood-grain look - it’s not a smooth finish so just be aware. One star off because a couple of the cam locks wouldn’t tighten properly and keep falling out. It’s like the cam dowels aren’t long enough for the bolt to “grab” it.
