Excellent Quality at an Exceptional Price I was extremely pleased with this purchase. I was looking for a solid wood replacement entry door for our retail store that could withstand the heavy use of a primary entrance, as well as the harsh salt-air environment of Port Isabel, Texas. After searching several big-box and DIY home improvement stores, I couldn't find anything that offered the quality, style, and durability I was looking for. I found this six-pane glass door on Wayfair, and it was exactly what I needed. The solid wood construction is impressive, and the price was less than half of what I was finding at local brick-and-mortar stores. While delivery took a little longer than expected, the delivery experience itself was excellent. The delivery company contacted me the day before to confirm the details and called again when they were on their way. As a first-time Wayfair customer, I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would absolutely check Wayfair first the next time I need something for either my home or business.. Mike Misialek. Port Isabel, Texas. Mon Sep 07 2026

Having more than 85 cumulative years of experience building, designing and engineering wood doors are excited to introduce three very important features. Our doors have been tested and approved to meet a design pressure (DP) rating of 45. In order to qualify for a DP 45 rating, our doors were subjected to extreme testing conditions that simulate hurricane-force winds up to 150 mph. Our doors also qualify for TDI (Texas Department of Insurance). Door Jamb is constructed of a paintable hard polymer shell with an interior close cellular structure that prevents water absorption while offering 2 times the screw holding strength than wood. Steel ball-bearing hinges were applied. Prefinished at our factory allows us to finish all edges of the panels, rails, and styles prior to assembly of the doors. This is extremely important for long life of the doors, minimizing panel issues. Our finish is a 9 step oil-based polyurethane process.

Your front door is your best defender. It protects you, your family, and your most valuable personal belongings from theft and damage. Furthermore, VDom Doors insulate your home from extreme weather conditions, as well as unwanted animals, insects, and dust from entering. This technology makes it possible to protect the front door from condensation and ice formation. A thermal break is a layer of material with low thermal conductivity. For the correct operation of the door, it must be located between the outer and inner sides of the leaf and the frame, thereby excluding the contact of the metal parts with each other. This technology prevents the door from freezing, preserving its properties and impeccable appearance for many years. The two-tone painting ofthe door leaf and the frame makes it possible to select colours separately for interior and exterior decoration, which gives the door a complete look and makes it possible to create a harmonious image in the interior and exterior. All models of this collection are made with a frame made of aluminum. The external framework and internal power framework of the frame do not touch in any way, because they are interconnected by a polyamide insert (thermal break) 18 mm thick, which guarantees maximum thermal insulation performance. The door leaf ofthis series is made of two sheets of metal 1 mm thick. A reliable two-layer design with a thermal insulation layer and expanded polystyrene filling guarantees reliability. durability, and the best indicators of heat and noise insulation of the door. Finally had an installer show up unpackaged and it was in good shape and I'm very happy with the door. Installer did not use the framing that came with it in separate box. He said that would cost me more money so I'm not happy about that because now I have beautiful framing just sitting in a box in my garage. I understand taking all the framing off and my screen door and reframing would have taken more time. Nice wood grain look installer suggested I stain it but I'm happy with it white for now.. Shelly.
