This Farmhouse TV stand compliments our living area perfectly. We have a fairly small 1 bedroom apartment and this TV stand fit perfectly in the space without being overwhelming. The wood is of nice quality and not just a finished particle board which makes the price very reasonable for the quality of the furniture. The assembly took a little over an hour but was not difficult nor was following the instructions with all tools and screws included, you just have to assemble every piece including the drawers. Our TV cabinet arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It comes in two boxes and it is very heavy, so you might need two people to carry it in. The instructions were good and all the pieces were there, which isn't always the case, so very happy with that. It is not an easy assembly, but there are moving parts and a lot of smaller pieces, so that's not a surprise. At one point we needed two people to stabilize a section while tightening some screws, but for the most part, it's a one person job taking maybe 3-4 hours if you're not experienced. The look is nice. We got the light oak color and it's a little lighter than I expected, but looks good. The most important part is that it works perfectly. We haven't installed the TV yet, but the remote works and it slides up and down effortlessly. The only slight minus is that the remote has no instructions or directions. We figured out the up and down which is the most important thing, but there are buttons and illuminated numbers and we have no idea what they do. All in all, very pleased.. Kirk. ID. Mon Mar 23 2026
