Juan was fantastic! There was some damage to the hot tub and he contacted Wayfair customer service and took care of everything. He was extremely helpful. What could of been a bad experience was solved by Juan!. Chris. Linden, VA. Sat May 30 2026

Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

I was hesitant on ordering this through wayfair for a few reasons, due to its my first spa, the amount of money and I would have to hire my own mover to its location. If you deal with a store they take care of everything for the most part. After my research for about a year I decided this particular Insight spa was the better option (price point, quality, warranty, jets features etc.) and I was not disappointed. I do want to mention it says 7 people yes the seating is available but I feel it can comfortably fit 4 adults but that's my opinion and that is way ok for my needs. My delivery went well slight delay but no damage, the tub was packaged really well. I did call Strong Spa customer service, did not wait long on the phone to find where the control was for the water feature and the agent sent me a photo and was very helpful. I truly love this spa it has everything I need and felt I made a good decision despite being a tad fearful. I did buy a thermo type cover to place over the spa cover for the winter because I live in Northern Indiana to help keep heater pump from kicking on as much. I hope this spa will last me quite awhile. Over all given my experience with wayfair customer service and Strong Spa customer service along with some things I had to coordinate for myself without the help of a local store I would do it again for sure.. It works great the hydromassage system really provides a relaxing experience and has great power, and the lights make it look even better at night. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the texture is a bit rough, but considering the price-to-quality ratio, it’s something that can be fixed with a little polishing.. Anonymous. US. Fri Sep 25 2026

The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.
