I also love the black hardware and the little rounded feet, which add just the right amount of character. Placing them side by side gives the appearance of one large piece of furniture while still having the flexibility of two separate cabinets. Great cabinets for the price. I changed the knobs to go with my decor. The reason for a four start vs five star is because when I first purchased the cabinets the description said solid wood. Then after item shipped I looked at the item again because I was excited and the description had changed. It no longer said solid wood and a review popped up that hadnt been there saying it wasnt solid wood as they had expected so the description had been updated. I ended up keeping it because I needed something right away. Ive had them for some time now and still like it. I do think one day when I find the perfect cabinets that are solid wood Ill be replacing them.. Anonymous. Wed Apr 29 2026

This sideboard is very nice. It goes great with my black dining table. I do have to say that the instructions aren’t great and for a relatively simple box it takes a long time to assemble (about two hours). But it is solid once assembled and looks quite elegant with the glass and light. My only other complaint beyond the instructions is that the light is powered via a usb connection but it doesn’t come with the wall plug to attach the usb cord to. I don’t think it is too much to expect a piece of furniture ti include all the parts necessary to use all its features.. Siv. Helena, MT. Mon Feb 16 2026
