Really happy with this chair. It’s very comfortable, looks great in the office, and overall feels like a quality piece. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but one thing worth mentioning when installing the arms, they might look like they don’t line up at first. They actually do. The trick is to loosely screw in one fastener first, then add the others, and tighten them gradually at the same time little by little. Once you do that, everything fits perfectly. Excellent desk chair for what i do with it. I wouldn’t suggest it if you were to put it in an office or use it as a home office where you are sitting in it for 8-12 hours a day. I loved this chair in the photo and I love it more in person because it’s a little lighter in color in person. It was extremely easy to put together. My husband did help which made it go faster. It took us about 30 minutes and that included unwrapping all the parts and breaking down the cardboard afterwards. What I didn’t realize about the chair is that it is very wide. I’m 5’ 4” and 125lbs. but this chair could easily hold a person who weighs 300lbs. The arms are nice the way you can move them completely out of the way which will be good when I’m sewing/quilting. It moves up and down smoothly and the casters also roll nicely on the floor which again is good for sewing and quilting. The box was a little bit banged up but the chair was in good shape. Build was easy. One of the leg pieces was bent. I had to hammer it a bit to get it to slide into place. Otherwise the instructions were easy to follow, and they provided spare screws and washers (appreciated). The chair is comfortable, height is adjustable. I ordered it in pink. I am pleasantly surprised by this chair. I was skeptical about a fake leather chair but turns out, PU has come a long way.
