Update- Almost a year later now and still going strong. The worst that’s happened is a staple has come out on the bottom that holds up the mesh cover at a corner. No big deal at all. The leather still looks great and all the components still work just as they should. Happy with the quality of this chair for the price. Honestly, I’m quite impressed with this chair. Auto locking mechanism looks the two pieces together. Chair frame made is solid wood and steel. They rock and swivel 180 only stationary when reclined. The leather is supple and soft, and durable. I purchased two and they are definitely worth the investment. These recliners are very comfortable to sit and lounge in with. It reclines just shy of flat. The recliner also has built in usb ports for charging devices the side when relaxing, however power is needed for charging and reclining. Once I purchased they were tagged online as out of stock. I have had this recliner for two months. This recliner is perfect. I needed a small recliner for my husband as he goes through cancer treatment. My husband is 6 feet and 180 pounds and this recliner fits him. He states it is comfortable. If you are a “bigger” person or taller than 6 feet, this recliner is NOT for you. The back of the recliner is not as tall as other recliners that are on the market and consequently, resting your head on the back of the chair can be a little difficult. My husband is using a small pillow. The recliner came in two pieces in a very large box. It was packed very tightly and secured in the box and in order to get the chair out of the box, I had to completely tear the box apart. If you get this recliner and do not like it and want to return it, you will need to buy a new box in order to put the recliner in it to ship it back. The recliner itself comes in 2 sections and was very easy to put together. There were roughly 3 to 4 very very minuscule imperfections that a person can only see upon close inspection.
