The sofa chaise combo arrived in 2 packages a few days apart. I was able to assemble this by myself fairly quickly with no issues. The frame is sturdy and powder-coated, so it seems resistant to scratches. The cushions are more of a cream (yellow based) rather than a true beige (brown based). The seat cushions are thick and sturdy. The back cushions were thin, even after allowing them to puff up, so I put some thinner bed pillows in there and that worked perfectly. Love it! I was worried about the low profile, but once the cushions are on it is perfect and very comfy. The cushions have removable covers which is so noce. You are able to connect the pieces so they will not seperate apart.
