I really like the style of the door. I like the fact that it came as a whole door and not just in pieces. The hardest thing was the assembly. It’s also important to check your doors to make sure everything is decent quality. Mine had significant gaps around the glass plate trims that I had to fill and dents from shipping (pictures included). Customer service from the manufacturer is only kind of helpful. While they respond within one business day, they only offered to send me a touch-up kit vs. new doors since they said shipping damage didn’t impact the functionality of the pieces. I wasn't thrilled with this solution since it didn't address the poor packaging. Finally, make sure you’re getting what you ordered. The first time I purchased from this company I bought 10-lite clear glass doors and received one of those and one barn door. They didn’t have any more 10-lite doors in stock, so I had to return the entire order. Overall I’m ok with the finished product, but if I knew that it would take this much time and effort I probably would have spent more money to buy something that was easier to install. I would also recommend to the manufacturer to provide much more detailed instructions so people fully understand what they need to install the doors properly.
