We tried reaching out to Wayfair customer service but was told nothing could be done. The chairs are adult owned and used - no harsh treatment by any means. We feel disappointed in the quality (or lack of), but also in Wayfair's refusal to stand behind a product they sold. One of the attached photos clearly shows the filling material and separated stitching. The other not so much because we have attempted to stitch it ourselves to keep it from becoming worse.. This wall hugging recliner is super high quality. Love the separate controls for head and recliner modes. Perfect size too honestly. I have it in my master bedroom with a king size bed. This is not an easy find. Not all recliners need to swivel! Plus it’s super hard to read all the specs. And confirm how all the features actually work. I love this recliner and it’s worth the money!.
