I was really happy to find a tall cabinet style here that fits my decorating needs. But after installation, I found that the glass doors just wouldnt close properly. Its a quality issue—the magnets arent strong enough to hold the doors against the front frame. This left me quite disappointed. Attractive piece. It took time to put together, mainly because most pieces are solid wood and putting the doors on was easier with two people. Lining up doors is the main challenge adjusting the hinges but worth the finished look. As with any furniture build, recommend a power tool with appropriate hex key size for all the screws instead of the usual manual hex key that comes with the hardware to save time. I wanted a bar that offered plenty of storage and display space without overwhelming the area, and this one fits beautifully. I especially love the combination of open shelving and enclosed storage. There’s room to display our bourbon collection, hang stemware, organize glasses and bar accessories, and still tuck additional bottles and supplies neatly behind the cabinet doors. We were able to create an entire little bourbon bar in a surprisingly small footprint! The black finish and metal details give it a clean, slightly industrial look that works beautifully with our home, while the tall, narrow design draws your eye upward and makes great use of vertical space. Even fully stocked, it doesn’t feel heavy or bulky. One of my favorite things about it is that it looks good from different angles.
