Shipped within two hours of ordering and came in one box with materials well packaged and cushions vacuum packed. They are surprisingly comfortable. You can kind of slide down in them and get your head to rest on the back cushion, which is really nice. Cushions are zippered (they actually come off the cushions in the box, and you put them on) and appear to be washable. Looks really nice! I think it needs a rug under where I put it. Super easy to put together. Very lightweight but sturdy. Just a tip, screw in the screws for the front first, then the top but make sure the screws are kinda in for the middle. It almost appears as if the middle bottom ones wont fit but it will once the top and front is in, the middle will be forced screwed in which will give the seat some stretch.
