This item was advertised was “pre-hung”, “one piece”, “no assembly required”…however this was delivered in a crate completely separated into 4 pieces. The instructions provided for assembly were MINIMAL, so I called the supplier and spoke to them directly. They sent me a link to a YouTube video (again VERY minimal instructions) and emailed me an 18 page instruction manual which stated things like “remove the glass in the sidelights before installation…”. I called several windowdoor installers and they all refused to assembleinstall this unit. One door expert (with 30 years of experience) told me he had never seen anything like this product before and he wasn’t confident in the finished product. Luckily, Wafair was AMAZING in the refund process. They picked it up ( all the pieces) for a full refund. I was sad because this was a beautiful door…but it was not a product that could be used.. The door is great. The delivery was not. I called to ask for a 30 minute heads-up so I could be there to accept the 400pound delivery. I was told that would happen. It didn’t. After the delivery window lapsed, I went to the property and the door was leaning against the building. I had to move the delivery into the garage by myself.
