So far, so good—and it looks great in our space. It’s in a basement bathroom that functions as our guest bathroom. The drawers aren’t truly soft close, but that’s fine. The amount of storage is just right for our purposes—allowing us to store towels on the bottom shelf is key. We love it. The vanity looks nice, but there are these 2 footings in the middle of the vanity, that make the vanity sit up higher than the feet on the side of the vanity. Since the vanity is so heavy we didn't want to remove the middle footings, therefore, there is space on the end footings like the vanity is floating. It definitely is very odd that the middle footings are longer than on the corners. I have attached pictures showing how the vanity sits one inch above the floor. We installed stints on the side legs to carry the weight but will have to come up with something else, so it looks more eye appealing. Also, there is no back to the vanity, which I'm not sure if this was stated in the details of the vanity. Not sure if this will matter to us or not. Great sink you just need to have 2 drains and 2 sets of water lines to accommodate the double sinks. If you are converting a single sink to a double sink you have to cut out areas for the drain pipes to run. The Quen vanity is a heavy, very solidly made vanity, with tons of storage space both in the 6 drawers and open cabinet areas. One feature that shows its quality craftmanship is that the vanity is painted inside and out, so that opening a door or drawer doesn't reveal a pine or MDF interior that makes the whole vanity look cheap. The storage and quality were the main reasons that I chose this vanity. Now that it's installed, I'm happy with everything except for the sinks -- they are surprisingly small for such a large vanity, and they're set back from the front edge and closer to the left & right sides. This has the plus that you end up with a large amount of central countertop space, but you have less sink area to work in and the placement forces the medicine cabinets/mirrors to the outside of the vanity. This is great if you need lots of counterspace (although that's why I wanted all the drawers), but it creates aesthetic and logistical challenges.
