So supportive! I love this sofa and I’ve only had it for one hour. My back hurts less sitting on it. I like that there’s a way to adjust the headrest and the feet rest separately. I use a battery pack to operate it from Vevor and it’s working great. I had 57 steps they delivered it up which was very difficult but Wayfair made sure it got done! Delivery was convenient and easy to schedule. Re-delivery was difficult to manage online. Color is perfect. It’s a muted tan beige and the fabric is soft with a very light pill texture. I have pets but did not buy the performance fabric because of the color offering. I don’t do gray. I plan to keep my waterproof blankets from Members Mark on them to protect it from pets. The photo had a shadow but I hope it helps. This will definitely sit 2 plus size women with one teenager in between. If you are slim you could fit 4 slim teens. The best part is how supportive it is. I have a really bad back and achy legs and it seems like it will help alleviate that. I haven’t felt a couch this supportive before. A must try! Love the bubble style this is built in. That was the main reason for the purchase. Got during the Wayday sale for $1999, right in budget. Thanks Wayfair for another amazing experience! The couch itself is wonderful. It is huge so make sure to measure the space. The nice thing is that any piece could be removed if needed and all of the pieces can be rearranged. Getting each piece electrical to connect to the next one was a time consuming challenge I didn’t expect. I didn’t expect to have to do this with ‘full service’. The delivery company assigned to my area (NE Iowa) is AWFUL. After being rescheduled 4x, we FINALLY received it, only to have the delivery men just unload the boxes into our garage. I’m really happy with this recliner. The color is even better in person—it has a rich tone that doesn’t fully come through in photos, which was a nice surprise. It does take a few hours for the cushions to fully fluff and settle after setup, so don’t judge it right out of the box. Once it expands, it’s super comfortable and looks much more structured. One of my favorite features is the dual remotes for dual reclining—such a convenient touch, especially if you’re sharing the space or just want more control over your comfort.
