This dresser is really nice. The dark color is really rich and it has a clean mid century modern look. Assembly took a while but the directions were very clear. The dresser feels fairly study once assembled, with the exception of the drawers being a bit loose when pulled out. The color looks very nice in person and it appears to be higher quality than it actually is. One complaint we have is that the curved doors on either side and very difficult to slide open and require you to use one hand on the handle and one hand gripping the slats around the backside of the dresser to really open and close them. Honestly I am really happy with this dresser. It arrived extremely well packed, and the quality and workmanship are solid. There are a lot of parts and hardware but everything is clearly labeled and the instructions are detailed and easy to follow. I definitely recommend using your own tools, because the ones included are very small and will hurt your fingers after a few screws. With a friend and proper tools, it took 2 hours with no breaks. Doing it alone with the provided tools would take much longer. It is heavy and feels very sturdy once assembled, and the drawers open and close very smoothly. Putting together all 9 drawers is a bit of work, but totally worth it. I placed it in my entryway, it looks beautiful. The only small downside for me is the countertop. This is an incredibly solid dresser. Very heavy, nice quality, well made. Like the color of the wood, nice size, and like that it sits on the floor. Lots of drawers, 9, but each somewhat small. I really like the look of the drawer pulls, but they are not very good quality, thin and cheap. Like the top material, just not a big fan of the color, wish it was more neutral.
