We purchased these chairs to go with the Gullveig Light Gray Kitchen Table and were worried that the wood on the chairs and the wood base of the table would be too obviously different. However, the table base wood has lighter and darker wood color variations that compliment the wood on the arms of the chairs well. Although the gray table top and gray upholstery of the chairs are different hues it all ties together considering the gray floors and other furniture in the room. These two chairs arrived in a box intended for four chairs (literally, the side of the box says “quantity 4”), causing them to bounce around during shipping. They arrived covered in micro scratches.
