Have had my eye on this light for a while, but it was rarely in stock. I grabbed one as soon as it became available again and couldn’t be happier with it! The design is absolutely beautiful and feels very unique — there’s honestly not much else like it on the market. It adds such a luxurious and refined look to our space and instantly elevated the room. It is a dark brown stain, looks black to the eye standing back. I’m docking one star because it arrived with a crack in one of the wooden brackets connecting to the shade. Thankfully, Wayfair customer service made it right and worked with us on a solution so we could repair it ourselves without needing to return the entire fixture. This light is STUNNING and my favorite piece so far in my full home renovation! I wasn’t even considering olive, but it goes so well with my new walnut cabinetry. The glass is thick and heavy, the bronze color hardware is elegant and warm. It’s long which is perfect for my long dining room and my 9’ long table (on its way but not in the pics). I couldn’t be happier. Also, in this photo my contractor hung it too low, when they do my other lights we’ll remove one 6” rod to raise it up just a bit. The adjustable length allows for a customized fit, while the dimmable feature provides versatility in lighting. This chandelier is simple and elegant! It is understated but pops at the same time. I am not using it as an island chandelier as the title suggests it is. We are using it as a dining room chandelier. We have paired it, though, with three 10-inch globe light pendants that look similar and these hang over the giant kitchen island. Its a great look and people love it when they walk into our home. Shipping was quick and the packaging was protective. My only concern is that these do not take standard light bulbs. Hopefully the ones that it came installed with will last a really long time. I will buy this again for future home remodels!. Kim. TX. Fri Dec 12 2025
