A minimalist look that doesn’t try too hard. This platform bed pairs a solid wood frame with boucle upholstery for a mix that feels both relaxed and refined. Choose from a natural wood finish with taupe boucle upholstery or a walnut finish with cream boucle upholstery—two combinations that bring warmth and texture in their own way. Slender tapered legs add just the right mid-century touch, while a sturdy slat system eliminates the need for a box spring. An easy choice for a bedroom that’s all about comfort and style.

With a durable slatted base for mattress support, this bed combines beauty, comfort, and everyday functionality.

Love the bed design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to one bed slat had a crack which was filled with a caulk substance. I was assured by Wayfair it has no impact on the sturdiness of the platform bed. I purchased a 12” deep mattress which is the perfect depth for this bed. My 18 yr old grandson loves his bedroom designed just for him. Would choose this bed again to purchase. Very happy with it.. Lynn. Erlanger, KY. Mon Sep 28 2026

Size Purchased: California King Overall very content with this purchase. I live alone so assembly was a bit difficult but I managed by myself (6'4" dude), but for most buyers I'd imagine it would take two people to handle it. During assembly very important to leave bolts at joints loose so that they can be wiggled into tight fighting place at final stages. Prior to laying down the mattress on top, the smaller composite wood legs in the middle of the frame did not touch flush with the ground. However, with laying down the mattress and lying on it they support the weight and the frame feels sturdy/doesn't wobble. The design is simple and sophisticated, and I will update this review at a later date after using the bed for a year or so. Highly recommend!. Anders. Los Angeles, CA. Thu Jul 09 2026

Bed was packed well and looks like picture. Assembly was simple with the exception of one leg (see photo) and bed slats (second photo). The cut out in one leg was not aligned and the holes on the bed slats were not drilled in the correct spot which made the assembly more involved.. Kathy. Los Angeles, CA. Sun Sep 13 2026

I love this bed! It is solid oak. No manufactured wood. I am pleased because I was looking for a very light wood. The legs go out at an angle., this is very nice. I paid for Wayfair to assemble it. It is a very pretty and sturdy bedframe. I took a star off because they were not pre-drilled holes for some screws and that was unclear in the directions. It took me one hour and and and 45 minutes to put it together as one person. Also two of the side pieces were the same so I had to unscrew the brackets and switch them so they would become opposite side frames. After all, it said and done it looks pretty nice, but the Allen wrench is very frustrating to work with as all Wayfair pieces have.. Jena. Meriden, CT. Thu Jul 16 2026

This is a very nice bed once assembled. "Easy Assembly" is up for interpretation. We managed to get it all put together, but one of the linking systems in the back of the bed was slightly off. Needed to recruit the building Super, handyman and one mallet to whack it into place. I wasn't strong enough to do it myself. That said, once we got everything in the right place, it was sturdy and held the mattress well.. Kristi. Scarsdale, NY. Wed Sep 23 2026
