I had to replace a rug I loved (bought on Wayfair years ago) and I had been eyeing this one for a while. So glad I got it! It leans gray-beige which is perfect for my colors. This first one I ordered came folded and in a plastic sack…. and had a black line across the middle (dirt, marker?). Kinda iffy. I took photos and reached out and Wayfair sent a replacement out immediately. The new rug came in a box, rolled, tightly covered in plastic, and with material protecting the ends. Thank you!
