I love this bench. It only took me about five minutes to put the whole thing together from start to finish. The only thing that I don’t like about it is it the top doesn’t hinge open and close, you have to lift it off and put it back down, but otherwise it’s really pretty and a great size! I like the bench, it's sturdy, the finish is nice, the storage lid has a controlled open/close (not soft-close). Only complaint is small dings on the lid edge and on the interior of storage bench. Sturdy and looks nice. I like it without the top cushion. Fits 8 pairs of size 10 women’s shoes very well. It would not fit larger men’s shoes.
